Flaky vegan pastry, layered for a light and golden croissant.

These vegan croissants are an ideal alternative for vegans who are on the go or don’t want to miss out on the simple pleasures of enjoying breakfast or snack time with their loved ones.

Ready to bake individually frozen 90g uncooked rolled croissant pastries. For  optimum product performance defrost / rest for 30 mins prior to baking. Ideally spray croissants on tray generously with water then place  in a pre-heated over to bake for 12 – 13 minutes or until risen, flaky and golden brown.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost before baking for 15 - 20 min; once defrosted, place on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC - 200ºC for 12 - 14 minutes

WHEAT flour, water, sunflower, palm and rapeseed oil, salt, citric acid, emulsifier (E471), sugar, yeast, Natural Colouring (E160a), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid)
